Shipping policy

All items will be shipped using the most economical mode via: USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL, ect. All items are shipped by weight so packages may arrive in poly-mailers, bubble envelopes, or boxes. 

Our shipping estimates:

For Standard Shipping: $4.90-10.00 USD

For Economy Shipping: $9.99-25.00 USD

Items will ship out in 24 hours and have an expected delivery time of 2-3 days depending on customer's shipping choices. 

We, as Heart and Hand Dry Goods have no control over shipping damages or losses. We will do our best to address any issues on a case by case basis. We will not guarantee replacement as some items are one of a kind.
